OKLAHOMA CITY, April 26, 2011 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] today broke ground on a new facility it will lease in Oklahoma City. The six-story, 320,000-square-foot building will be home to the Boeing B-1 bomber program and C-130 Avionics Modernization Program, which are transitioning to Oklahoma.
