The parties, through their attorneys, have made considerable progress toward resolution of the case. Consequently, there will be no trial on Monday.

The monetary issues have been resolved. For the next 45 days, the parties will attempt to agree on all other issues. If those efforts are successful, an overall agreement will be presented to the Court for its consideration and approval. If approved, the terms of the agreement will be announced at that time. If the agreement is not approved, trial will be scheduled on the unresolved issues.

Pending conclusion of all remaining aspects of the settlement, further comments by the parties' representatives or their attorneys will not be forthcoming.
