Ten Boeing [NYSE:BA] employees from across the nation are being honored this week for their superior achievements in the fields of math, science, technology, and engineering at the annual Women of Color Technology and Business Awards Conference in Atlanta.

Sponsored by the minority-owned media services company, Career Communications Group Inc., the annual Women of Color conference and awards promote educational opportunities and identify exceptional women who are making outstanding contributions in their field.

"The 10 Boeing honorees demonstrate the diversity of ideas and commitment to innovation that are cornerstones to Boeing's growth as a global enterprise," says Joan Robinson-Berry, deputy vice president, External Technical Relations, for Boeing. "They are tremendous role models for aspiring professionals and students everywhere."

Two of the recipients, Charlotte Lin, of Seattle, and Susie McMichael, currently of Washington D.C., are receiving the Career Achievement Award and the "Rising Stars in Technology" award respectively. Eight other Boeing employees are receiving "Business and Technology All-Stars" awards.

The Boeing honorees are based in Washington, D.C., St. Louis, Seattle and Southern California. They are:

Career Achievement Award

Rising Star Award
