New Service Center for Boeing Business Jet Operators

Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) operators now can utilize Lufthansa Technik's Hamburg, Germany, facility for authorized service and warranty repair work. In addition to Lufthansa Technik, BBJ operators can chose from the following service centers: Associated Air in Dallas, Tex.; DeCrane Aircraft Systems Integration Group (PATS) in Georgetown, Del.; and Jet Aviation in Basel and Geneva, Switzerland.

Boeing Business Jets was launched in 1996 as a joint venture between Boeing and General Electric. Designed for corporate and VIP applications, the Boeing Business Jet is based on the Boeing 737-700. The BBJ 2, announced in October 1999, is based on the 737-800. Both provide unsurpassed levels of space, comfort and utility and are backed by a global support program with dedicated field service representatives.
