Cathay Pacific Airways, one of the world's premier airlines, has ordered three Boeing 777-300s for delivery in 2003 and 2004. The Hong Kong-based carrier was a launch customer for the 777-300 and currently operates seven of the sleek jetliners, shown here from a previous delivery.
Cathay Pacific plans to configure the airplanes to seat 382 passengers -- 59 in business class and 323 in economy class -- and will operate within the Asia Pacific region. Cathay Pacific also operates five 777-200s and 28 Boeing 747s of various models.
