Boeing Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mike Sears will make a presentation to the Bear Stearns "Annual Commercial Aerospace and Defense Conference" in New York City on Wednesday, Jan. 30. His presentation will be webcast on the Internet.

Sears is expected to discuss Boeing's performance, strategy and financial outlook.
