A presentation by Mike Sears, Boeing senior vice president and chief financial officer, to the Credit Suisse First Boston/Aviation Week Aerospace Conference on May 15, will be webcast on the Internet.

Time of the webcast from New York will be from 10:15 - 11:00 a.m. eastern daylight time. The live audio webcast of Sears' presentation, as well as the slide materials used in his speech, will be available at www.boeing.com. The presentation will be also archived on this site for future use.

Sears is expected to discuss Boeing's performance, strategy and financial outlook.

Individuals may listen to the presentation on the Internet at www.boeing.com. However, they are urged to check the web site ahead of time to ensure their computers are configured for the audio stream and slide presentation. Instructions for obtaining the correct, downloadable software will be posted on the Boeing web site beginning Monday, May 14.

Credit Suisse First Boston will make available an audio webcast of the entire conference at www.csfb.com.
