GECAS has accepted its milestone 50th Boeing Next-Generation 737, a 737-700 that entered the fleet of Aloha Airlines. The new jetliner is the fourth 737-700 to be operated by Aloha. The Next-Generation 737 is the newest, most-advanced design airplane family in its class, with a dispatch reliability beyond 99 percent. Designers drew inspiration from the award-winning Boeing 777, placing large displays in the flight deck and updating the passenger cabin with contoured walls and ceilings for greater spaciousness and improved stowage capacity.
