Bangkok Airways' first Boeing 717-200 is being prepared for its flight home to Bangkok, Thailand. This event marks another milestone for the airline, as it becomes the first Asian carrier to operate the 717-200. The new airplane, featuring the airline's new and distinctive tropical livery, representing its namesake "Samui", is the first of two 717 airplanes to be delivered to Bangkok Airways, under lease from Pembroke Capital Ltd.
