Thousands of employees from Boeing and Alaska Airlines watch the first Boeing Next-Generation 737-900 jetliner leave the factory during a rollout celebration in Renton, Wash. The model, largest in the Boeing 737 family of airplanes, was ordered by Alaska Airlines in 1997. The Boeing Next-Generation 737 is the newest, most advanced-design technology family in the single-aisle airplane market.
