Boeing Names New Vice President of Investor Relations; Expands Investor Relations Organization

The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] announced today that Craig Saddler has been appointed vice president of Investor Relations. An 18-year veteran of the company, Saddler most recently served as chief financial officer for Boeing Shared Services Group.

"We have significantly expanded our investor relations capabilities to better serve the needs of shareholders, analysts and investors," said Debby Hopkins, Boeing senior vice president and chief financial officer. "Craig is an integral part of our effort to provide comprehensive communications to the financial community.

"His experience in the aerospace industry and in finance makes Craig an excellent choice to work with investors and outline the steps we're taking to increase the value of Boeing over the long term," she added.

Saddler will lead a newly expanded Investor Relations team that includes Barbara Bodker, and Stacy McCarthy, who joined the organization in September.

In addition to his experience with Shared Services, Saddler has held a number of finance positions within the company, including director of Business Operations for the Military Aircraft and Missile Systems Group, general manager-business manager for the Military Transport Aircraft Division of McDonnell Douglas, and controller for the C-17 program.

He joined the company in 1981 as a cost analyst on the Tomahawk missile program.

Saddler, 40, earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Purdue University, and holds a master's degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri, Rolla.
