Condor Takes its New Boeing 757-300s Home to Germany

Dieter Heinen, managing director of German charter airline Condor Flugdienst, cuts a ribbon to signify that his airline has taken delivery of the Boeing 757-300 pictured in the background. Heinen was joined by Tom Basacchi, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group vice president of Europe and Russia Sales, right, and Jack Gucker, vice president of Boeing 737/757 Derivative Programs, at a delivery ceremony March 13 at Boeing Field in Seattle, Wash. Watching are members of the Condor crew that flew the airplane back to Germany. Boeing has now delivered two 757-300s to Condor and is scheduled to deliver five more before the summer holiday season begins.
