Boeing Produces Next-Generation 737s at Record Rate

The Boeing Company marked a significant achievement last night as two Next-Generation 737s built at the increased rate of 24 airplanes per month rolled out of the factory in Renton, Wash. The rollout marks the full implementation of the new rate in final assembly, and is the highest production rate ever for a single commercial airplane model. Currently, 215 Next-Generation 737s have been delivered to 30 operators worldwide.
