Boeing And US Airways Resolve Breach Of Contract Suit
Boeing and US Airways have settled a breach of contract suit filed last September against the airline.
The parties said that while details of the agreement will not be disclosed, it did include a payment by US Airways to Boeing in response to the breach of contract which US Airways acknowledged.
Boeing and US Airways also said:
"Based on mutual business considerations, Boeing and US Airways have resolved our differences. We are pleased that we have reached an agreement which builds on a relationship spanning nearly 30 years."
Boeing looks forward to working together with US Airways as the airline embarks on its new relationship with American Airlines.
