Boeing Board Approves Quarterly Dividend of 42 Cents a Share

CHICAGO, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of forty-two (42) cents per share.

The dividend is payable Dec. 3, 2010, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 5, 2010.
