Joramco Signs Long-term Agreement with Boeing for Hardware and Chemical Product Lines

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Feb. 12, 2019 — Boeing [NYSE: BA] through its subsidiary, Boeing Distribution Services (formerly KLX Aerospace Solutions) secured a long-term contract with Joramco this week at MRO Middle East 2019 to provide the aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company with aerospace hardware and chemical products and services.

“This agreement further strengthens the partnership between our two companies,” said Jeff Wilkinson, CEO of Joramco.

Birgitt Pohlkamp vice president of Europe, Middle East, Africa and India sales for Boeing Distribution Services agrees. “We will further support Joramco’s third party maintenance business, providing inventory availability and the security of fixed term pricing on consolidated deliveries. Strategically located in a free zone area in Queen Alia International Airport in Amman-Jordan, Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) engineering division, Joramco has a state-of-the-art facility consisting of five hangers that can accommodate up to 15 aircraft.
