CHICAGO, Oct. 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg reports that the board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of one dollar and nine cents ($1.09) per share.

The dividend is payable Dec. 2, 2016, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 11, 2016.
