CHICAGO, Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of forty-eight and one half (48.5) cents per share.

The dividend is payable Dec. 6, 2013, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 8, 2013.
