Boeing Enhances Kestrel Analytic Software Search Capability
TAC 7.5 makes information searches faster, more secure

SPRINGFIELD, Va., Oct. 1, 2012 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] is offering defense and intelligence users of its Kestrel TAC analytic software faster and more secure data searching via version 7.5 of the software, which was released today.

TAC persistently monitors data in real time, searching for events or items of interest. TAC 7.5 queries will begin extracting relevant data almost immediately, much faster than previous versions, with stronger information security. It also offers a more organized welcome page and a metrics manager that collects system usage information, allowing Boeing to further enhance the software.

"Boeing is responding to the enduring needs of our diverse and growing client base by improving on the hallmarks of the TAC user experience: speed, precision and persistence," said Jonathan Moneymaker, director, Boeing Intelligence Systems Group. "This upgrade provides users with the potential to see more data sources, faster response to their requests, and a high-powered, cloud-based search capability."

Boeing will showcase TAC 7.5 in live demonstrations at the upcoming GEOINT 2012 Symposium, Oct. 8-11 in Orlando, Fla.
