FORT WORTH, Texas, April 14, 2010 -- The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] will spotlight a wide array of aviation, support and technology solutions at the 2010 Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) Annual Convention. This year’s event takes place April 14-17 in Fort Worth.

Boeing rotorcraft systems including AH-64D Apache Block III, CH-47F Chinook and AH-6 will be a highlight of the show. The Boeing exhibit also will feature the A160 Hummingbird unmanned aerial system; tactical intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance solutions; Wideband Global SATCOM; Joint Tactical Radio System, Ground Mobile Radios (JTRS GMR); the Joint Recovery and Distribution System(JRaDS); and integrated training and logistics solutions.

Al Winn, Boeing vice president of Apache Programs, is joined by U.S. Army Col. Shane Openshaw to discuss the recent progress of AH-64D Apache Block III helicopter tests, in anticipation of future production.

1300: A160 Hummingbird -- A160 Static Display, Boeing Exhibit Booth 601
Ernie Wattam, Boeing program manager for the A160 Hummingbird, provides an update on the unmanned aerial system’s status as testing and production of nine aircraft continue at the Boeing facility in Mesa, Ariz.

1400: AH-6 Light Attack/Reconnaissance Helicopter -- AH-6 Static Display, Boeing Exhibit Booth 617
Boeing’s Al Winn, vice president of Apache Programs, and Mike Burke, director of Army Rotorcraft Business Development, provide a briefing on the AH-6 rotorcraft program, including the status of validation testing and new technologies.

SATURDAY, April 17

1000: CH-47F Chinook Cockpit Simulator Demonstration -- CH-47F Simulator, U.S. Army CH-47F Exhibit Static Display Area
Mark Ballew, Boeing Business Development lead for Chinook Programs, is joined by Col. Newman Shufflebarger, U.S. Army Cargo Helicopter program manager, to provide media a demonstration of the CH-47F cockpit and Digital Automatic Flight Control System.
