CHICAGO, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of forty-two (42) cents per share.
The dividend is payable March 5, 2010 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 5, 2010.
