Boeing President and Chief Executive Officer Harry Stonecipher reported that a quarterly dividend of twenty (20) cents per share was declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting today. The dividend is payable Dec. 3, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 12, 2004.
