The Boeing Company will release its second quarter 2002 financial results at 7:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time on Wednesday, July 17.

A conference call presentation to securities analysts and the news media regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet at 9:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Boeing participants will be Chairman and CEO Phil Condit and Senior Vice President and CFO Mike Sears.

The financial release will be posted on Boeing's home page and the general public may visit that site for the webcast of the conference call with analysts. The company presentation will include a series of charts plus the question and answer session with analysts.
