Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share was declared by the Board of Directors at its April 30 meeting. The dividend is payable June 1, 2001, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2001.
