The Boeing Company will webcast an investor telephone conference regarding its fourth quarter and year-end 2000 financial results at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (10:30 a.m. EST) on Wednesday, Jan. 17.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit and Mike Sears, Boeing chief financial officer, will conduct the conference call with analysts and the media.

Individuals may listen to the call on the Internet at www.boeing.com. However, they are urged to check the website ahead of time to ensure their computers are configured for the audio stream and slide presentation. Instructions for obtaining the required, free, downloadable software will be posted on the site.

Boeing will release its fourth quarter and year-end results, and outlook for 2001, in a news release that will be available to the media and posted on the Boeing home page at 5:30 a.m. PST Wednesday.
