Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its October 30th meeting. The dividend is payable Dec. 1, 2000, to shareholders of record on Nov. 10, 2000.
