The Boeing Company will Webcast an investor telephone conference regarding its third quarter 2000 financial results at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (10:30 a.m. EDT) on Wednesday, Oct. 18.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit and Mike Sears, Boeing chief financial officer, will conduct the conference call with analysts and the media.

Individuals may listen to the call on the Internet at the www.boeing.com. However, they are urged to check the website ahead of time to ensure their computers are configured for the audio stream and slide presentation. Instructions for obtaining the required, free, downloadable software will be posted on the site.

Boeing will announce its third quarter results in a news release that will be available to the media and on the Boeing home page at 5:30 a.m. PDT on Wednesday.
