Boeing Begins Assembly of New U.S. Air Force F-15E Aircraft
Boeing began production in St. Louis of the 227th F-15E, with the mating of a forward bulkhead structure. Boeing expects to build at least 10 more F-15Es for the U.S. Air Force, with deliveries scheduled to occur between May 2002 and mid-2004.
