Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its June 26th meeting. The dividend is payable Sept. 1, 2000, to shareholders of record on Aug. 11, 2000.
