Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its Oct. 26 meeting. The dividend is payable Dec. 4, 1998, to shareholders of record on Nov. 13, 1998.
