A Boeing Delta II will launch five IRIDIUM® system satellites on Friday, Sept.26 at 6:23:36 p.m. PDT from Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), Calif.

MEDIA CREDENTIALS AND ACCESS
Media representatives planning to cover the launch from the press site should fax their request on affiliation letterhead to the VAFB public affairs office, fax (805) 734-8232, ext. 6-8303. The request should include name, affiliation, and phone number.

LAUNCH DAY
Media wishing to cover the launch are asked to meet at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Visitor Control station at the main gate of VAFB to caravan to the press site.

SATELLITE COORDINATES
Satellite coordinates for a live feed of the launch and launch commentary are SBS-6 Transponder 15 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. PDT.
