Boeing to Feature Advanced Maritime Solutions at Navy League Expo
F/A-18F flight simulator, V-22 interactive video model among products on display

ST. LOUIS, April 6, 2011 -- At this year's Navy League Sea-Air-Space Exposition, The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] will display a broad range of proven and emerging maritime and air capabilities to support U.S. Navy readiness . Sea-Air-Space -- the world's largest maritime exposition -- will take place April 11-13 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md.

"Boeing products, and the capabilities they deliver, are directly supporting the men and women of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine, around the globe, each day," said Matt Moffit, Boeing vice president, Navy/Marine Corps Programs. "Boeing remains focused on delivering advanced capabilities for our customers, while also continuing to invest in and develop the right customer solutions for tomorrow."

Boeing's presence at the event will include an exhibit space -- Booth #834 -- featuring a Ship to Shore Connector demonstrator; an F/A-18F flight simulator; a V-22 interactive video model; a ScanEagle and models of other advanced unmanned aerial vehicles and precision weapons. The exhibit also will feature a preview video for the Boeing-sponsored public television documentary "Angle of Attack: How Naval Aviation Has Changed the Face of War," which will air later this year in support of the Centennial of Naval Aviation.

Media activity at the exposition will include briefings from Boeing executives and customers on the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, EA-18G Growler, P-8A Poseidon, and V-22 Osprey.

MONDAY, April 11
1400-1500: F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler

U.S. Navy Capt. Mark Darrah, F/A-18 and EA-18 program manager, PMA-265, and Boeing F/A-18 and EA-18 Programs Vice President Kory Mathews deliver an overview of F/A-18E/F Super Hornet Block II and EA-18G Growler capabilities.

TUESDAY, April 12
1000-1100: P-8A Poseidon

Boeing P-8A Deputy Program Manager Jay Sutorius and U.S. Navy Capt. Leon Bacon, P-8A Integrated Product Team lead, provide an update on P-8A Poseidon production activities, flight-test progress and upcoming milestones.

1400-1500: V-22 Osprey
U.S. Marine Corps Col. Greg Masiello, V-22 program manager, NAVAIR PMA-275, and John Rader, executive director, Bell Boeing V-22 Program, provide a program update and discuss the aircraft's performance in recent combat, humanitarian and shipboard deployments.
