The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] will release its 2004 third quarter financial results at 6:30 a.m. Central Time (CT), on Wednesday, Oct. 27. Boeing Capital Corporation results also will be released at that time.

A conference call presentation to securities analysts and news media regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet at 9:30 a.m. CT. Boeing participants will be President and CEO Harry Stonecipher and Executive Vice President and CFO James Bell.

The financial release will be posted on Boeing's home page at www.boeing.com; the general public may visit that site for the webcast of the conference call with analysts. The company presentation will include a series of charts, plus a question and answer session with analysts.
