Boeing President and Chief Executive Officer Harry Stonecipher reported that a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share was declared by the Board of Directors at its June 28 meeting. The dividend is payable Sept. 3, 2004, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 13, 2004.
