The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] will release its 2003 fourth quarter and full-year financial results at 7:30 a.m. Central Standard Time, on Thursday, January 29. Boeing Capital Corporation results also will be released at that time.

A conference call presentation to securities analysts and the news media regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet at 9:30 a.m. Central Standard Time. Boeing participants will be CEO Harry Stonecipher and CFO James Bell.
