The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] will release its third quarter 2003 financial results at 7:30 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, October 29. Financial results for Boeing Capital Corporation will be included in the Boeing release.

A conference call presentation to securities analysts and the news media regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet at 9:30 a.m. Central Time. Boeing participants will be Chairman and CEO Phil Condit and Executive Vice President and CFO Mike Sears.

The financial release will be posted on Boeing's home page at www.boeing.com and the general public may visit that site for the webcast of the conference call with analysts. The company presentation will include a series of charts plus the question-and-answer session with analysts.
