Boeing Commercial Airplanes has named Louis Mancini to the position of vice president -- Maintenance Operations Services, a unit of the company's newly restructured Commercial Aviation Services organization. Mancini joins Boeing from United Airlines, where he has served as vice president -- Engineering and Technical Support since 1995.
