Newest member of Boeing 737 Family arrives in Paris

The Boeing 737-900, in Continental Airlines livery, arrives at Le Bourget Airport, marking its international debut at the 2001 Paris Air Show. The 737-900 is the newest and longest of the Next-Generation 737s and is designed to accommodate up to 189 passengers - the highest seating capacity of any 737. The 737-900 is joined at the air show this year by two other derivatives of the popular Next-Generation 737 family - the Boeing Business Jet, the U.S. Navy's C-40. The airplane will be on static display and open to visitors throughout the air show, which runs from June 16 - 24.
