Boeing Board Elects Three Senior Vice Presidents

The Boeing Company today announced the following individuals have been elected senior vice presidents by the board of directors:

- Theodore J. Collins Senior Vice President and General Counsel

- Alan R. Mulally Senior Vice President - President of Boeing Defense & Space Group

- John D. Warner Senior Vice President

In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Collins has functional responsibility for the Office of Corporate Secretary and for Contracts. Mulally is responsible for all Boeing Defense & Space Group business including helicopters, information systems, electronic systems, military airplanes, missiles, space systems, space transportation and product support.

Warner, in addition to overseeing Boeing Information and Support Services, is responsible for company offices integrating functions for Engineering and Technology; Facilities and Capital Investments; International Business; State and Local Government Affairs and Community Relations; U.S. Government Affairs; and Company Offices Administration. The latter three report jointly to Warner and Company Offices Senior Vice President Doug Beighle until Beighle's previously announced retirement on May 1.
